Our Approach
Our group coaching or targeted training sessions are small. Our in-person sessions have no desks in the room, lots of movement and opportunities to apply new skills. Our private executive coaching is stakeholder-centered. We follow the Marshall Goldsmith Coaching Process that creates a systems approach to behavior change.
We support the learning process rather than create events. By creating a process, we can help bring about change. Our learning projects, private coaching or targeted training, are delivered over time so that new skills can be applied to the workplace.
